The device has a 100 meter conduit (4) into which a thermal heater is inserted, and a generator (5) placed at a top part of the conduit, where the heater is heated by sun rays. The heater blows air in the conduit at high speed. Double helices supply power to the generator. The generator recuperates created kinetic energy after realizing a compression stage that permits complete recuperation of the energy. An exchanger i.e. radiator, is inserted into a top part of the conduit. A large size solar water heater type panel supplies power to the radiator.
