摘要 FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed cryopowdering device incorporates cylindrical working chamber accommodating grinding bodies. The said chamber features cone-convex bottom and rests upon inclined sheet springs. It also incorporates inner helical chute intended for material circulation. The said chamber lateral wall has hatch intended for periodical vibro-discharge of the product, deflector and electromagnetic drive. The said chamber houses inner solid cylinder so that there is an adjustable gap between the said cylinder and aforesaid cone-convex bottom to govern the resulted product grain size. The aforesaid grinding bodies are arranged inside the said cylinder. The working chamber cover accommodates coolant feed union and deflector in the form of vertical pipe, its bottom being furnished with cone umbrella and its top being provided with loading funnel. The said deflector seats at the cover centre and communicates with blower via system of steam manifold furnished with flaps controlling the direction of gas mix. The aforesaid steam manifold inlet has filtration screen to prevent ingress of raw stuff particles therein. Note that the cylindrical working chamber outer surfaces are coated with heat isolating material. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of powdering, power savings, control over degree of fineness. ^ 1 dwg
