FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: flux cored electrode is implemented in the form of envelope and powder-like charge, containing components in a following ratio, wt %: graphite 0.5-1.5; metallic manganese 13-14.5; metallic chrome 6.5-11; superdispersed powder of silicon carbide (with grain size 0.01-0.1 mcm) 22-15; steel strip - the rest. Usage of flux cored electrode for pad weld "-1-5-2" provides durability increasing 1.8-2.3 times, that provides productivity improvement of coal-pulverising mill for 40-60%. ^ EFFECT: life time increasing, productivity improvement of coal-pulverising mill. ^ 2 tbl |
