The system has a nacelle comprising a downstream cylindrical part (16) with a framework (26) including a longitudinal beam (20) to fix engine hooking rods on a support structure of a wing of an aircraft. The framework has an upstream annular flange (28) and carries semi-cylindrical trusses (40). The trusses move between a service position, in which the trusses are applied on the framework to operate a two-flow turbojet engine, and an open position in which the trusses are separated from the framework to allow access to components of the engine.
