<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for removing VOC gas devised such that only a sheet-like base material is formed into a rolled shape, synthetic zeolite is uniformly supported, sucked paint can be captured on the outer peripheral side of a filter, and VOC gas can be captured on the center side of the filter, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet-like base material 1 comprises an inorganic fiber, supports synthetic zeolite ZA along the whole width from the tip part 1T to the predetermined length, and does not support the synthetic zeolite ZA on the remaining part to the terminal end part 1E. The whole base material starts to roll from the tip part 1T side in a nearly whorl-shaped cross section, in a state of forming an air circulation passage 2 in the longitudinal direction at the center part, so as to be formed into a rolled shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
