PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet excellent in adhesiveness and removability and manufactured by a transfer coating method. SOLUTION: The removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is obtained by laminating a surface base material with a release sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one face of the sheet, the adhesive layer having a concavo-concave feature on its surface in the side close to the release sheet and the adhesive layer side of the release sheet being in contact with the surface base material. The surface base material includes a porous material, the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the release sheet side shows a 60-degree glossiness of not more than 20% based on JIS-Z-8741, and a part of the adhesive in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer intrudes into the surface base material to a depth of 1 to 5μm.
