PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pizza dough which enables bean-curd refuse to be effectively utilized by formulating the bean-curd refuse with pizza dough and is clear of a smell which is peculiar to bean-curd refuse. SOLUTION: In the pizza dough comprising flour mainly consisting of wheat flour, 5-15 pts.wt. bean-curd refuse and 1-10 pts.wt. Hizikia fusiforme (a brown alga) is mixed into 100 pts.wt. flour.
