A method for an interactive self operative internet or computer program based interventions to reduce or prevent symptoms of the mental disorder called depression. The treatment would be divided into four sections, namely mental, physical, social and nutritional that would include lessons, questionnaires, exercises, homework and analysis of the results. All those lessons, questionnaires, exercises, homework and analysis are interactive and are registered in the user's personal file and could be produced in the form of graphs and/ or charts in table format. |
