PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

A plasma display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate which face each other via a discharge space. On the first substrate, for example, a first and a second bus electrode are disposed which are extended in a first direction and are arranged being spaced apart from each other. In each cell, a first display electrode which projects from the first bus electrode toward the second bus electrode and a second display electrode which projects from the second bus electrode toward the first bus electrode, with its end located closer to the first bus electrode than the end of the first display electrode, are formed. Closer to the first substrate side than to the discharge space side, there are multiple address electrodes which are extended in a second direction through each cell and are disposed between the first and second display electrodes. Consequently, erroneous discharging can be avoided.
