WATERPROOF GROMMET AND ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE THEREOF

A waterproof grommet for providing an inner member and the assembling structure are provided to minimize the harnessing process by forming gap between the cables of the wiring harness as the wiring harness is penetrated through the inner member of grommet. A waterproof grommet comprises: an inner member(100) having a hollow in which a wiring harness is inserted; an outer member fixed on the harnessing object in order to couple with the inner member; a spacer member crossing the hollow of the inner member and consisting of a perforated portion(105) in which the cables included in the wiring harness inserted, and a blocking part(103a~103c, 104a~104c) blocking the insertion of the cables in order to separate the cables.
