<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller to connect ground to an appropriate potential when the ground is disconnected. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply controller 1 includes: a control circuit 10 having a switch element 11 and a switch control unit 12; and a load 20 one terminal 20a of which is connected to a direct-current power supply 4 through the switch element 11 and the other terminal 20b of which is connected to a ground potential portion 5b. The switch control unit 12 has a ground terminal 12a connected to a ground terminal portion 5a and outputs a ground current I flowing toward ground potential. The control circuit 10 has a bypass unit 15 including a load-side bypassing means 15a that, when the ground terminal 12a and the ground potential portion 5a are disconnected, the ground current I flows to the ground potential portion 5b through the load 20. The load 20 has such impedance that, when the ground current I flows, the potential of the ground terminal 12a becomes a potential at which the switch control unit 12 stably operates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
