PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearing article which makes it possible to see the skin of an article wearer through and is not easily torn. SOLUTION: The wearing article includes a belt member 4 constituting front and back waist areas and a liquid absorbing structure 5 constituting a crotch area, and the belt member 4 is provided with a waist side opening edge 19 separately facing the anteroposterior direction Y of the front and back waist areas. The front and back belt parts 6 and 7 of the belt member 4 include see-through possible areas where all light beam transmissivity is≥55% in the front and back waist areas 1 and 2 and the skin of the article wearer is seen through. The see-through possible areas occupy 40% or more of the front and back waist areas 1 and 2, and a reinforcing elastic member 35 to the front and back belt members 6 and 7 is attached in the width direction X along the waist side opening edge 19.
