PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery charging system for a moving body in which the number of cables is simplified and, furthermore and reliability of a battery system is enhanced, and to provide its use method. SOLUTION: In the secondary battery charging system for the moving body which comprises the moving body with the battery system mounted, a control system and a charging system, the battery system and the control system can be electrically connected to and separated from each other, and the control system and the charging system are always electrically connected to each other. Moreover, during charging of the battery system, the battery system and the control system are electrically connected to each other, and during use of the moving body, the battery system and the control system are electrically separated from each other.
