PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient and highly reliable scroll compressor for excellently keeping a lubricating state of a sliding part of a turning scroll and a fixed scroll, even in a compression space of higher pressure than a suction chamber. SOLUTION: A second connecting passage 24b connected to the tip 9c of a turning scroll lap 9a is arranged in an end plate 9b of the turning scroll 9 as an oil feeding passage for supplying lubricant from an oil reservoir of a bottom part of a sealed vessel 1. By arranging a pair of arcuate grooves 26 opening in both side compression spaces 30a and 30b opposed to the lap on the tip 9c of the turning scroll lap 9a and also constituting so as to communicate any one of the pair of arcuate grooves with the second connecting passage 24b, even in the compression spaces 30a and 30b of higher pressure than the suction chamber 13, lubricating of the sliding part of the turning scroll 9 and the fixed scroll 6 can be excellently maintained, and the highly efficient and highly reliable scroll compressor can be provided.
