PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through hole blocking tool which contributes to efficient reduction of the number of steps carried out in the construction field. SOLUTION: A through hole fireproof implementing tool T or the through hole blocking tool is provided for a block body in a manner being arranged in a gap between a through hole formed in the block body and a long body inserted in the through hole, together with fireproof members 2. Herein a base member 3 abutted on a front surface of the block body, and a leg member 4 arranged in the gap while the base member 3 is kept abutted on the front surface of the block body, are connected to each other, and the fireproof members 2 are fixed to a connection portion R between the base member 3 and the leg member 4 by virtue of connection between the base member 3 and the leg member 4.
