PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions prepared by excellently dispersing carbon nanotubes (CNT) in various articles, usage of the compositions, and articles using the compositions. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a resin-treated CNT and a resin B and contains 0.1-50 mass% CNT. The resin-treated CNT is prepared by depositing an aqueous resin A after dispersing the CNT in the aqueous resin A for treating the surface with the resin A. The CNT resin composition can be easily dispersed in various kinds of resin dispersive medium to be loosened piece by piece respectively, and performance of the CNT can be exhibited sufficiently. The CNT dispersion composition and processed articles using it are excellent in workability, heat stability, and physical properties such as bleed resistance, providing containers, films, sheets, pipes, hoses, tubes, fibers, automobile components, electric apparatus components, stationery, furniture, daily necessities, and the like.
