PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unloading method of a box-shaped body capable of efficiently unloading the box-shaped body without using a pallet. SOLUTION: In a first process, a pipe member 26 is inserted into a through-hole 18A in the lowest stage filling block 10A arranged in the lowest stage among filling blocks 10, and the lowest stage filling block 10A is put in a spitting state by two pipe members 26 in a plan view. In a second process, a sling 32 of a suspension means 30 is connected to both end parts in the longitudinal direction of the pipe members 26, and a filling block 10 is suspended from a position on a loading space 24A by the suspension means 30 via the pipe member 26, and then, is unloaded to an unloading destination of the filling block 10.
