PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece transfer balancer device capable of highly accurately stopping a workpiece. SOLUTION: An air pressure adjuster 20 for changing internal pressure of a double acting cylinder device 17 in response to the rotational movement of a rotary arm member 5, is arranged in a rotary connecting part 8 for connecting a balance arm member 4 to a rotary arm member 5. This air pressure adjuster 20 has a primary pressure port 61 for impressing primary pressure of predetermined pressure, and a secondary pressure port 62 outputting secondary pressure increased-decreased in response to a change in a turning angleαof the rotary arm member 5. The secondary port 62 is communicated with a head side chamber 19 of the double acting cylinder device 17, and the secondary pressure is impressed in the double-acting cylinder device 17. When the workpiece side moment changes when the rotary arm member 5 rotates, the secondary pressure is adjusted, and a piston rod 18 of the double acting cylinder device 17 is controlled for advancing-retreating, and is constituted so that the right-left moments coincide.
