PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber crawler which is capable of suppressing any edge crack and efficiently manufactured. SOLUTION: The rubber crawler is manufactured by successively installing and layering a core 4, an intermediate rubber layer 11, a cord reinforcing layer 5 and an outer rubber sheet 12 forming a ground contact surface on an upper surface of an inner rubber sheet 10 forming an inner circumferential surface, and performing the pressurization and vulcanization of the obtained layered body. In the pre-stage of installing the core 4 on the upper surface of the inner rubber sheet 10, a narrow sheet 8' having a returnable remaining area and overlapped at least on a width end of the core 4 is installed on each width end area of the inner rubber sheet 10, and the remaining area of the narrow sheet 8' is returned toward an upper surface of the cord reinforcing layer 5 before installing and layering the outer rubber sheet 12.
