The invention relates to phosphate-free dishwasher detergents containing a) carboxymethyl inulin b) oxygen bleaching agents. Said invention is characterised by virtue of the fact that said dishwasher detergent contains less than 5 % in weight of phosphonate and the weight ratio of carboxymethyl inulin a) to phosphonate b) is greater than 2. The detergents according to the invention have good cleaning and rinsing results.
