A package of alpha grains processed by a steaming method and a sterilizing method of a retort and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce cooking time and get a good taste. A package of alpha grains processed by a steaming method and a sterilizing method of a retort comprises the following steps of: polishing grains having the outer skin selected from one or more of rice, glutinous rice, barley, black rice, millet, etc; washing the polished grains and dipping; steaming the picked up grains at 100-125°C in a retort device for 15-40 minutes; removing moisture by using cold air; and sterilizing the grains after sealing the grains in a pouch for 15-30 minutes.
