A composition for a hair growth stimulator is provided to make a scalp calm and smooth, reduce scalp irritations for a user, prevent hair losing, and promote hair growing. A method for manufacturing a composition for a hair growth stimulator comprises the following steps of: mixing raw materials to make a first mixture; and adding 1mg~3mg of salt, 1mg~3mg of sea algae, and 4‘±~6‘± of purified water to the 10g~20g of the first mixture. The raw materials includes 10g~50g of wax, 10g~70g of decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, 10g~70g of dimethicone, 300ml~800ml of distilled water, 7wt% of pot marigold, 3wt% of aloe, 3wt% of yarrow, 6wt% of jojoba, etc.
