A spring product manufacturing line has a manufacturing area (2) in which a spring product is manufactured by plastic forming of a spring steel wire by a die device (50) attached to a base (52), a die device replacement area (3) in which the die device (50) is detached from the base (52) for replacement, and a die device conveyance line (4) which conveys the die device (50) attached to the base (52) in the die device replacement area (3) to the manufacturing area (2). The die device (50) has a plurality of forming units (54) for bend-forming the spring steel wires with hydraulic pressure. The base (52) has a hydraulic hose (62) which supplies a pressure oil to the forming units (54) and which is attachable to and detachable from each forming unit (54). The hydraulic hose (62) is detached from and attached to the die device (50) in the die device replacement area (3).
