<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a ceiling panel and a wall panel forming no clearance at a connection part between a straight line part and a corner part without degrading appearance at the corner part. <P>SOLUTION: The connecting structure of the ceiling panel and wall panel comprises a wall presser edge having a wall side fitting part; a ceiling cornice having a ceiling side fitting part; a corner piece mounted to a corner part at the upper end of a wall panel; an elastically deformable wall presser edge side soft part for blocking a clearance formed between a wall panel front face and a ceiling panel side face; and an elastically deformable corner piece side soft part provided at the corner piece to project from a bathroom wall surface toward the inside of a bathroom and to block the clearance formed between the wall panel front face and the ceiling panel side face.
