PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily attachable self-adhesive sheet which allows easy escape of gas in sticking to an adherend for easy sticking, prevents deterioration in appearance of the adhesive sheet, and is useful especially for application as a large-size self-adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: In this easily attachable self-adhesive sheet, on a self-adhesive layer, a plurality of recessed line grooves opening in the edge of a base material are arranged in the square grid shape, and squares A with one side longer than 500μm and 2 mm or shorter are formed whose shape and size in each of the square grids are the same. A plurality of recessed line grooves are arranged diagonal grid shape to make 30-60 degrees at an acute angle to the square grid-shaped recessed line grooves, and rectangles B are formed whose shape and size in each of the diagonal grids are the same.
