PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance shock absorbing performance by efficiently absorbing a shock input from a vehicle body side in relation to the periphery of a vehicle body pillar portion provided with a fuel injection port. SOLUTION: A fuel injection portion provided in a lower portion of the vehicle body pillar portion 5 is provided with a fuel injection port member 17. In the fuel injection port member 17, the fuel injection port is provided. A bracket 27 is provided between the fuel injection port member 17 and a vehicle body inner panel lower portion 25 located at the vehicle body inside. The bracket 27 presents a U-shape as a whole. In the bracket 27, a cabin side mounting face 27a is joined and fixed to a vehicle body inner panel lower portion 25 side by a joining and fixing portion 33 with a retractor mounting bracket 31 held in-between, and side wall faces 27b and 27c are joined and fixed to outside faces 17b and 17c of the fuel injection port member 17.
