PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable labor-saved stapler. SOLUTION: This stapler having a center of gravity and comprises a base laminated body, a staple storing laminated body, and a trigger laminated body. The staple storing laminated body comprises a cover part on the upper part. The trigger laminated body connected to the base laminated body comprises a trigger lever 33 and a limiting lever 31, and is connected to the base laminated body. The limiting lever prevents the trigger lever 33 and the cover part 24 from excessively turning to always keep the center of gravity of the stapler on the base laminated body. Therefore, the stapler is brought into a stable state without overturning even when the stapler is opened when staples are re-loaded. Consequently, the stapler can be conveniently and usable.
