PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for punching a forming sheet, in which the mounting position of a punching unit can be adjusted, and the punching unit can be mounted without trouble due to the damage of a screw. SOLUTION: Members 51 each having a female screw are fixed to the positions for mounting the punching unit 11 on a mounting plate 21. Through holes 19 are formed in the portions of the punching unit 11 corresponding to the members 51 having the female screw so as to insert the members 51 thereinto with a clearance. When the punching unit 11 is attached to the mounting plate 21, the punching unit 11 is arranged on the mounting plate 21 such that the members 51 having the female screw are inserted into the through holes 19, their positions are adjusted, then a bolt 71 having a head is screwed into the female screw of the members 51 having the female screw, and the punching unit 11 is attached to the mounting plate 21. The members 51 having the female screw have been preliminarily fixed to the mounting plate 21 without using bolts. When the punching unit 11 is arranged on the mounting plate 21, therefore, the female screws of the members 51 having the female screw cannot be damaged even if the punching unit 11 has been brought into contact with the members 51 having the female screw.
