PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of so-called pinching and creases and to increase press life. SOLUTION: In a deep drawing mold which includes a molding punch, a molding dice 12, and a blank holder 13 for pressing and holding a blank material with the dice 12, ring grooves 41 are formed on a press face side of the blank holder 13, and the ring grooves 41 and flat parts 42 constitute projections and recesses. Furthermore, containing anglesθ1 andθ2 are set to be acute angles, which are respectively formed by slanting faces 41A on a recess-in side shifting from the flat parts 42 constituting the press face to the ring grooves 41 and a press face 12A on the dice 12 side, and slanting faces 41B on a projection-in side shifting from the ring grooves 41 to the flat parts 42 and a press face 12A.
