AGGREGATE USING REDUCED SLAG AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aggregate using reduced slag to expand the application of the reduced slag to effectively utilize the reduced slag and a method of producing the same.

SOLUTION: The aggregate is obtained by taking out the reduced slag to cool and bringing the reduced slag into contact with steam in a steam aging process S200 to steam-age and after that, CO2-solidifying the steam-aged reduced slag in a granulating apparatus into which a gas having 100% CO2concentration is introduced while stirring for 7 hrs in a granulating process S400.
