摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel electrode which is high in catalyst activity and in durability, and an electrochemical cell which is stable and superior in output performance. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel electrode of the solid oxide electrochemical cell or the like includes an electrode layer 12 formed from a mixed phase with mixed conductive oxide and aluminum based oxide which is composed by carrying at least one kind of particles selected from nickel, cobalt, and nickel-cobalt alloy at the surface layer part, a mesh wiring 21 formed at the surface layer part of the electrode layer and containing a material of which electron conductivity is higher than that of the electrode layer, and a current collector 14 laminated at the electrode layer and contacted with at least the wiring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
