<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for forming an electrode member of a fuel cell, which reduces the manufacturing cost of a catalyst layer and a gas diffusion layer as an electrode member without requiring preparation of ink and solvent. <P>SOLUTION: The method relates to forming an electrode member 51 of a thin layer used to constitute an electrode of a film electrode junction body for fuel cell, and forms an electrode member by supplying conductive particles 62 and resin-dispersed liquid 63 onto a substrate 61 via systems 111 and 112 independent of each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
