<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system monitor control system which can directly control a substation from each system, and can efficiently perform the maintenance of a communication facility and the updating of the facility. <P>SOLUTION: The power system monitor control system comprises: a system control system 27 which has a function for monitoring and controlling the substation by receiving a monitor/control signal from a feeding system, and a function of the feeding system out of functions of the substation system in place of an existing feeding system, a distribution system and the substation system; a distribution control system 30 which has a function for monitoring and controlling the substation by receiving a monitor/control signal from the feeding system, and a function of a distribution system out of the functions of the substation system; and a facility-state monitor and maintenance system 33 which monitors the state of the equipment of the facility of the substation. A direct control communication circuit 28 which alternately connects the system control system, the distribution control system, the facility-state monitor and maintenance system, and the substation is arranged in place of a DX communication net and a TC circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
