PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat transfer from a treatment tank to a floor, prevent dew condensation of the treatment tank and improve the workability when moving an apparatus in the cooling apparatus. SOLUTION: A lower part reinforcing material 17 for reinforcing a bottom board 11, extending in the left/right direction and projecting outward in the left/right direction is provided in the lower face of the bottom board 11 constituting the base in the treatment tank. The lower face of the lower part reinforcing material 17 is formed into a horizontal plane so that the treatment tank 2 becomes movable by placing it on a roller. The both left/right end parts of the lower part reinforcing material 17 are detachably installed on the upper faces of leg members 31 installed on a floor face, via a heat transfer prevention material 30.
