PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional constitution that a roller is pushed to a cam surface to be engaged by an energization force of a tension spring that a clutch start point is instable to cause an insecure clutch change. SOLUTION: An oscillation member 18 is supported by an outer ring 14 so as to be capable of oscillating, and a leg 18b of the oscillation member is extended between rollers a and b. When a clutch lever 22 integrated with the outer ring is pulled up, the oscillation member 18 is energized by a holding member 26 comprising a plate spring to oscillate counterclockwise. The roller a is pushed to the cam surface 15a to be engaged between an inner ring 12 and the cam surface 15a. Its wedge effect makes the inner ring 12 rotatable counterclockwise, and torque becomes transmittable from the outer ring 14 to the inner ring. On the contrary, as the clutch lever 22 is pulled down, the oscillation member 18 oscillates clockwise, and the roller be is pushed to the cam surface 15b to be engaged between the inner ring 12 and the cam surface 15b, so that the inner ring is rotatable clockwise.
