PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive rolling bearing device simplified in cutting, shortened in machining time required for cutting and reduced in material cost. SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 40 composing one axial end of a plate member 39 is clearance-fitted and fixed to the peripheral surface of a second outer ring 4. The axial end 40 of a U-shaped part 41 opposite to the cylindrical part constituting the other axial end of the plate member 39 is inserted and fitted into the annular groove 30 of a second seal attachment member 9 fitting an O-ring 31 therein, and fixed to the second seal attachment member 9.
