PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a locking device for restraining a cover in a closed state, from being operated when the cover is not closed. SOLUTION: Closure of the cover is detected by a cover closure detecting contact 25 through a cover closure detecting lever moved according to the entry of an engaging part of the cover into an outer case, and the locking device drives a restraining body for restraining the cover in the closed state, by a motor 9 (an electric drive source). The cover closure detecting contact 25 and the motor 9 are connected in series, and a current is not carried to the motor 9 in the unclosed state of the cover. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
