<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on customers of a system that warns customers not to mistakenly purchase commodities that they normally avoid, thereby increasing the customer-friendliness of the system. <P>SOLUTION: A vending system 1 is provided with: a food database server 2 for storing identification information for identifying each food; a commodity database server 3 for storing, according to the identification information, each food included in commodities; a cellphone 4 that is connected to the food database server 2 to obtain identification information indicating foods to be avoided as avoidance information; and a register terminal device 6 connectable with the commodity database server 3. The register terminal device 6 obtains the avoidance information from the cellphone 4 carried by a customer and obtains the identification information indicating the foods included in the commodities that the customer wants to purchase as food information from the commodity database server 3.
