<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the wiring of a wire to a tension adjusting means, which includes a brake roller, and besides to sufficiently change the path length of the wire in simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The tension adjuster 22 of the winding apparatus 10 has the first pulley 62, the second pulley 64, and the third pulley 66 for positional fixing, the brake roller 68, which are provided capably of advance and retreat from its upper standby side to its lower working side, with its segment L1 between axes as its reference, and gives the wire 12 load torque, a tension roller 70 which is provided capably of advance and retreat from its upper standby side to its lower working side, with its segment L2 between axes as its reference, and shifts to adjust the path length of the wire 12, according to the tension of the wire 12, on the working side, and a slide mechanism 78 which shifts the brake roller 68 and the tension roller 70 from each standby side to the working side and from the working side to the standby side at the same time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
