PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of improving a degree of freedom in design and reducing a thickness of an unit. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner having a decorative panel 5 disposed on a front face, air suction grilles 6, 8 disposed on a top face and a back face of a cabinet, and a heat exchanger 3 disposed corresponding to the air suction grilles, the air suction grille 8 is obliquely disposed, and has a detachable structure.
