PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duty correction circuit of a semiconductor device which outputs a duty correction clock and its inversion clock that are substantially accurate, having a phase difference of 180 degrees. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device has a first clock, a second clock, a duty ratio correction circuit that receives a correction signal which is a signal for correcting the duty of the first and second clocks and outputs a first output clock and a second output clock whose duty ratio is corrected with respect to the duty of the first and second clocks, based on the correction signal; and a clock edge detection part which forms the correction signal, having information equivalent to an interval between a prescribed reference transition time of the first output clock and a prescribed reference transition time of the second output clock, and outputs it to the duty ratio correction circuit.
