PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module in which the resistance of a part of a circuit constituted of a plurality of electrodes, a plurality of p-type thermoelectric conversion elements and a plurality of n-type thermoelectric conversion elements can be measured, and to provide its evaluation method. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module 20 comprises a pair of substrates 2 and 7 facing each other, a plurality of p-type thermoelectric conversion elements 3 and a plurality of n-type thermoelectric conversion elements 4 arranged between the pair of substrates 2 and 7, and a plurality of electrodes 6 and 8 provided, respectively, on the pair of substrates 2 and 7 in order to connect the end faces of each pair of p-type thermoelectric conversion element 3 and n-type thermoelectric conversion element 4 electrically, and to connect the plurality of p-type thermoelectric conversion elements 3 and the plurality of n-type thermoelectric conversion elements 4 alternately in terms of p-type/n-type and electrically in series, wherein a through hole 1 for exposing a part of the electrode is formed in both of the pair of substrates 2 and 7 for every electrode 6, 8.
