PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer system having improved data transfer efficiency without increased transfer cycle when transferring data to a shared memory. SOLUTION: An input/output device 110 includes: a first transfer request generation part 131 which generates a transfer request sent out to an input/output device 120 through a PCI bus controller 112 when transferring the data to the input/output device 120 from the input/output device 110; a first data write-in part 132 which writes in the data on RAM 113 into RAM 123 based on a transfer response from the input/output device 120; a transfer response generation part 133 which generates a read-out request as a response to the transfer request based on the transfer request from the input/output device 120 sent out when transferring the data to the input/output device 110 from the input/output device 120; and a data read-out part 134 which reads out the data on the RAM 123 based on the read-out response from the input/output device 120 and writes the data into the RAM 113.
