PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create and share useful search metadata while protecting personal information, in providing search metadata to an animation or a still image. SOLUTION: Of words included in search metadata associated with either an animation or a still image, unshared words, which are words prohibited from being shared like personal information, are stored in advance.
