PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave imaging device capable of obtaining clear image information from terahertz light incoming from an object with easy handling. SOLUTION: The device includes: a light emitting element for emitting near-infrared light 24 in near-infrared region; a substrate 20 on which surface a plurality of micro mirrors 18 which reflect near-infrared light 24, while absorbing terahertz light 2 incoming from an object and having temperature dependency to resonance spectra, are formed; a plurality of micro lenses 29 for condensing the terahertz light 2 to corresponding one of the micro mirrors 18 respectively; and a light receiving part 6 having a plurality of light receiving elements 40 which output electric signals in response to the intensity of the reflection light 30 reflected by the micro mirrors 18 which are different from each other.
