PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a make-up composition that spreads easily over keratinous substances, particularly the skin with good slip, and further can be easily disintegrate with the finger or using a sponge when provided in a compact powder form. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition comprising a pulverulent phase is disclosed, particularly, the pulverulent phase comprises concave particles in the form of portions of hollow spheres, and platelet-shaped particles, wherein the composition exhibits excellent distribution over the keratinous substance, particularly over the skin.
