PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fastening device capable of miniaturizing a clutch, reducing the size and the weight thereof, and realizing the excellent operability. SOLUTION: By connecting a clutch 5 directly to the output side of a DC motor 3, the output of the DC motor 3 can be suppressed to be unconventionally lower, and the size of the DC motor 3 and the clutch 5 can be reduced.
