PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an inside temperature while further saving energy. SOLUTION: An actual degree of temperature drop S is calculated on the basis of a detected inside temperature TR by every prescribed sampling time during an operation of an invertor compressor 32 in a control area, on the other hand, a target degree of temperature drop Ac of the inside temperature TR is output from the data of cooling characteristics Xc, the invertor compressor 32 is controlled to increase its speed when the actual degree of temperature drop S is smaller than the target degree of temperature drop Ac, and the invertor compressor 32 is controlled to decrease its speed in a reverse case to perform the cooling according to the cooling characteristics Xc. In particular, after the inside temperature TR is lowered to a set temperature To from an upper limit temperature TH, the speed of the invertor compressor 32 is controlled to make the target degree of temperature drop roughly 0 (cooling characteristics Xc2).
