Disclosed are: a novel ß-glucuronidase inhibitor comprising a compound selected from a specific macrocyclic ketone, a specific ketone, a specific macrocyclic lactone, a specific macrocyclic oxalactone, a specific ester, a specific aldehyde, a specific alcohol and a specific terpene; an environmental health product and a sanitary product, each of which comprises the ß-glucuronidase inhibitor; and a composition and a method for suppressing the emission of urine odor, each of which utilizes the ß-glucuronidase inhibitor.
