<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform the lamination of a material and the irradiation with ultraviolet rays in the same treatment process to reduce a tact time and cost without requiring two independent processes, that is, the material laminating process and an ultraviolet irradiation process. <P>SOLUTION: A base sheet (31) and an ultraviolet curable waveguide material (32) are held between films (41 and 42) and the pressure across a pair of the films is reduced or outer pressure is applied to the films not only to laminate the ultraviolet curable waveguide material on the base sheet but also to irradiate the ultraviolet curable waveguide material with ultraviolet rays through the films to cure the ultraviolet curable waveguide material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
